Introducing an assortment of sculptural objects that draw inspiration from the creations of sculptress Hermine Bourdin.
Each piece within this collection encompasses a variety of shapes and designs, assembled with a keen eye for craftsmanship and detail, translating into organic functional objects.
Hermine first started to create objects for her home and studio but she rapidly started to cave under orders. After several years of making each piece again and again herself, she decided to create a brand « by Her » (Hermine) to separate her artistic work from her functional pieces.
« I love creating objects, it’s like an obsession, I’ve always been drawn by design and living in Copenhagen for 2 years certainly helped. But it was important to me to separate the actual sculpture side of my work from my functional objects. To me it’s really two distinct aspects and different intentions. »
